Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in technical support or related role.

• DNS concepts and troubleshooting.
• Basic HTML/CSS; PHP a plus.
• Strong written English and communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Team-oriented; able to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues with Inbound Support teams in a timely, professional manner.
• Answer customers’ technical support questions via our CRM.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and raise issues to improve customer satisfaction.
