Job summary

GoDaddy is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Customer Insights Engineering team, working remotely from home with occasional office visits. You will build AI-powered applications and APIs, integrating large language models to transform customer data into actionable insights across GoDaddy products.

You’ll design scalable backend services, contribute to full-stack solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python or TypeScript
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
• Hands-on AI/ML or large language model-based applications, including prompt engineering
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS (S3, IAM, Airflow)

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and intelligent applications that solve real customer and business challenges
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power AI-driven experiences
• Develop full-stack solutions, contributing to both user-facing experiences and backend systems
• Integrate large language models, AI services, data platforms, and external APIs to create end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features and products
• Explore emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to advance GoDaddy's AI capabilities
