GoDaddy Inc. is seeking a Technical Support professional to join the Investors and Enterprise Operations - Services & Care team. You will assist customers through clear communication, troubleshooting, and back-office tasks in an escalated support setting.

This role blends customer-facing support with operational duties such as transaction processing, payouts, and account verification. You will follow established procedures while deepening product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• 1+ years of customer support or technical support experience.
• Experience using Salesforce, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to follow structured procedures while handling diverse tasks.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, chat, or internal systems to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Provide accurate updates, set expectations, and ensure a positive support experience.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues using internal tools and knowledge articles.
• Escalate complex issues and document them clearly for higher-level teams.
• Process transactions, payouts, account updates, and ID verification per policy.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce and other tools.
• Navigate Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, and diagnostic tools daily.
• Participate in training and skill-building to grow technical and operational knowledge.
