At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, the Virgin Islands, Washington, or the metro cities of Austin, TX and Washington D.C.

As a Technical Support & Sales Rep at GoDaddy, you will respond to inbound customer inquiries providing expert advice, troubleshooting support, and offering customized solutions to help grow their business. In this tech-to-sales role, you’ll engage with a wide range of businesses – from startups and sole proprietors to established companies – conducting discovery conversations to identify their needs. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals driven to exceed targets and earn substantial commissions.

Actual compensation and benefits eligibility will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

Compensation:

As with many sales roles, our compensation combines both an initial starting hourly rate ($17/hour) and the opportunity to earn additional income through our variable incentive plan. Employees working full-time start at an annualized rate of $35,360 and depending on achievement, specific role and team, those who meet 100% of target or more have historically earned between $50,000 and $60,000 when variable incentive compensation is included.
