Job summary

3E is seeking a visionary leader to elevate our global Customer Implementations function. You will guide enterprise deployments across product lines, build scalable delivery practices, and partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and product teams to ensure value realization.

Based in the Eastern Time Zone, this remote role requires 10+ years in B2B SaaS implementations and a track record of multi-region leadership, with a focus on customer value, risk management, and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations.
Experience leading global, distributed, or multi-region teams in high-growth environments.
Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software with data, integration, or regulatory complexity.
Experience with revenue impact, ACV, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead a global Customer Implementations team responsible for enterprise deployments.
Set delivery rhythms, standards, and accountability across the team.
Define scalable implementation practices with project plans, governance, and RACI.
Improve risk management and proactive issue resolution before go-live.
Collaborate across CX, Sales, PM, and Tech to strengthen handoffs and outcomes.
Drive AI, automation, and digital workers to scale operations.
