3E is seeking a results‑driven leader to scale our global Customer Implementations function. You will guide a distributed team through complex enterprise deployments, defining delivery standards, and accelerating time‑to‑value for customers across our product portfolio.

You’ll partner with Experience, Sales, Product, and Support leaders to reduce risk, improve visibility, and build scalable processes. A passion for AI, automation, and customer outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS implementations with a focus on customer value and revenue impact.
• Proven track record guiding global, distributed teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience linking implementation outcomes to ACV, renewals, and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Customer Implementations team for complex enterprise deployments.
• Set delivery standards, rhythms, and accountability across the team.
• Define scalable implementation practices, including governance, RACI, resource planning and reporting.
• Improve risk management, project health visibility, and proactive customer communications.
