Job summary

3E is seeking a senior leader to elevate its global customer implementations function. You will guide enterprise deployments across product portfolios with a focus on delivery discipline, risk management, and measurable value realization for customers.

The role partners with senior leaders across CX, Sales, Product, and Support to ensure successful outcomes. Based in the Eastern Time Zone and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, you will lead a distributed team and drive scalable,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS implementation and delivery operations.
• 6+ years leading global, distributed teams in high-growth or PE-backed environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with multi-product deployments and data/regulatory complexity.
• Experience with enterprise portfolios generating above $5M ARR.
• Strong link between implementation work and customer value, renewals, and revenue protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Customer Implementations team for complex deployments.
• Set expectations, operating rhythms, delivery standards, and accountability across the team.
• Define and raise standards for delivery quality, milestones, risk management, and go-live readiness.
• Build scalable implementation practices: project plans, governance, RACI, resource planning.
• Establish stronger risk management to identify health concerns before impact.
• Improve visibility into project health with dashboards and consistent reporting.
• Partner with CX, Sales, Account Management, Product, Support, Technology, and other leaders to enable outcomes.
• Coach talent, address performance gaps, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to reduce manual work and scale operations.
• Capture insights to support renewals and long-term customer success.
