Job summary

3E seeks a senior leader to elevate our global implementation function, steering new customer implementations, post-sale value realization, and renewals across the product portfolio. You will build scalable processes, improve visibility, manage risks, and accelerate customer value.

The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience and collaborates with leaders across 3E. AI-forward and customer-focused, you will drive delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations.
• 6+ years leading global, distributed, or multi-region teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise software implementations with data/integration/regulatory complexity.
• Experience supporting enterprise products with meaningful commercial scale, ideally above $5M in revenue or ARR.
• Ability to connect implementation work to customer value and revenue protection.
• Experience using AI, automation, dashboards, or digital workers for scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Customer Implementations team responsible for complex enterprise deployments across 3E’s product portfolio.
• Set clear expectations, rhythms, and accountability to improve delivery quality.
• Define and raise standards for implementation excellence, go-live readiness, and value realization.
• Build scalable practices including project plans, governance, and RACI frameworks.
• Improve risk management and provide dashboards and reporting on project health.
• Collaborate with business lines to strengthen handoffs and support customer outcomes.
