Job summary

3E is seeking a leader to enhance its global implementation function. This role focuses on delivering structured, high‑quality deployments across 3E’s product portfolio, improving risk management, and accelerating customer value realization from post‑sale work.

You will lead a remote, EST‑based team with responsibility for new customer implementations, post‑sale value, renewals, and expansions, partnering with executives to drive cross‑functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, professional services, customer onboarding, and delivery operations.
• 6+ years leading global, distributed, or multi-region teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in complex enterprise software implementations with multi-product deployments.
• Experience with enterprise products or portfolios above $5M USD in revenue or ARR.
• Ability to connect implementation efforts to customer value and renewals strategies.
• Passion for leveraging feedback and risk signals to accelerate time to value.
• Experience using AI, automation, dashboards, or workflow tools to scale operations.
• Ability to ensure go-live readiness and post-sale value realization.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and complex customer needs.
• Strong customer-facing presence and collaboration with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global Customer Implementations team for complex deployments.
• Set expectations, rhythms, and delivery standards to strengthen execution.
• Define and raise standards for delivery quality, risk management, and go-live readiness.
• Build scalable practices with project plans, governance, and clear communication.
• Establish stronger risk management to identify health concerns and escalations.
• Improve visibility into project health with dashboards and reporting.
• Lead through ambiguity with structured, value-driven solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen handoffs and risk resolution.
• Coach talent and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to scale operations and reporting.
• Capture insights to support renewals, expansions, and long-term success.
