3E is seeking a strategic leader to enhance its global implementation function, partnering with enterprise customers and experts to drive complex deployments across the product portfolio. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience and emphasizes AI-driven improvements and strong delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS implementation and delivery operations.
• 6+ years leading global, distributed teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise software implementations with data/regulatory complexity.
• Experience with enterprise products valued at $5M+ ARR.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer Implementations team across product portfolio.
• Improve delivery standards, rhythms, and accountability across the team.
• Develop scalable implementation practices and governance models (RACI, planning, controls).
• Enhance risk management and go-live readiness.
• Increase visibility with dashboards and consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure customer outcomes.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to scale operations.
