Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Global Compensation Analyst to support delivery and administration of global compensation programs that help attract, retain, and motivate Veralto's associate population.

In this role, you'll support market benchmarking activities, prepare compensation analyses, maintain tools and resources, and provide practical compensation support to Corporate HRBPs and the broader Total Rewards team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in compensation, Total Rewards, Finance, HR analytics, or a related HR function.
• Strong analytical skills with compensation data and market data.
• Experience with HRIS data, preferably Workday.
• Clear communication and ability to translate concepts for HRBPs and managers.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual benchmarking activities and analyze results for compensation reviews.
• Prepare group-level analyses to assess equity, market competitiveness, and pay positioning.
• Support implementation of compensation and benefit programs with testing and documentation.
• Contribute to global compensation projects with data analysis and modeling.
• Support annual review of pay zone premiums with market data and recommendations.
• Create and maintain compensation tools, templates, and resources.
• Assist Workday compensation enhancements with testing and data validation.
• Support communication of annual compensation processes with roll-up presentations.
• Document SOPs to promote consistency and scalability.
