Job summary

Liquidity Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. You will own global job architecture, lead market benchmarking, and drive data-driven pay recommendations aligned with our philosophy.

You will manage annual merit and bonus programs, partner with HRIS on system configurations, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, TA, and business leaders to sustain competitive, scalable compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in broad-based compensation, including 3+ years in job architecture and benchmarking.
• Experience maintaining and improving job architecture across families, levels, and salary structures.
• Experience with major compensation survey providers (Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.).
• Experience in a multinational US-based context; UK/India experience preferred.
• Experience benchmarking hourly roles in warehouse, sales, and IT.
• Strong knowledge of compensation concepts, salary surveys, and administration.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance global job architecture, including families, levels, profiles, and salary structures.
• Lead job architecture projects supporting organizational design, career development, and workforce planning.
• Market price and level new and changing roles across functions including IT, sales, and operations.
• Manage annual compensation survey participation and analysis of results.
• Translate market findings into actionable recommendations for Total Rewards and business leaders.
• Lead annual merit and bonus processes from planning to reporting; support system configuration with HRIS.
