Vialto is seeking an experienced Manager to join the Global Payroll and Rewards team and shape the future of global rewards. This role sits at the intersection of payroll, compensation, equity, employment tax, technology and workforce transformation.

You will work with global specialists and local payroll professionals to design, manage and operate complex rewards programs using VialtoComp, ensuring accuracy, compliance and insightful analytics for multinational clients.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted advisor for multiple global clients, delivering payroll, compensation, rewards and workforce transformation services.
• Oversee end-to-end global payroll and rewards delivery with KPI and SLA adherence across jurisdictions.
• Advise on improving operating models for payroll, compensation and rewards, governance and compliance.
• Leverage technology like VialtoComp to streamline processes and enable scalable delivery.
• Use payroll, compensation and rewards data to generate analytics and business insights.
• Identify and mitigate payroll, employment tax and regulatory risks, supporting year-end reporting and governance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, payroll providers, equity vendors and partners for integrated solutions.
• Lead client implementations and transformational initiatives with change management and clear objectives.
• Foster innovation, automation and process optimization while advancing the Rewards practice.
• Coach and develop junior team members in a global delivery context.
