Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes within a remote, global Shared Services function. You will design standards, governance, and operating cadences, partnering with CoEs, IT, Legal, data/privacy and regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality talent outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, or 7+ years in HR Operations/Business Process Management.
• Fluent English with ability to influence global stakeholders.
• Proven end-to-end process ownership in a global/matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with CoEs, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma) and automation/AI in HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills with capability to present dashboards and KPIs.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday, and translating capabilities into process design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent, Total Rewards and other CoEs to translate process design into scalable standards.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessments, Benefits Enrollment).
• Establish and maintain process governance including KPIs and audit routines.
• Collaborate with IT, Workday, HR Shared Services, and Data teams for automation and integrations.
• Drive process optimization using digital, automation, and AI-powered opportunities.
• Build and maintain process assets like Standard Work, training content, and playbooks.
• Lead vendor management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop and execute communication and change management plans.
• Define and monitor process performance measures and VOC integration.
