• Experience with global client billing and complex proformas.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary managerial support in the absence of regional managers.
• Offer senior-level billing resources during surges and vacancies.
• Serve as SME for billing across multiple regional teams.
• Review data for accuracy and submit accrual information per client requirements.
• Research and resolve electronic billing rejections.
• Analyze billing data and provide detailed reports to attorneys.
• Track and resolve tickets with the Accounting Service Desk daily.
• Collaborate across Legal Support Services and Accounting teams.
