Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales in CCaaS/UCaaS.
• Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder partnerships with large outsourcers.
• Deep understanding of BPO operating models and pricing structures.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close BPO partnerships globally, including negotiations.
• Manage the full business development lifecycle from discovery to onboarding.
• Position Zoom CX portfolio as the platform of choice for BPOs and executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape BPO offerings and enablement.
• Build compelling business cases and track pipeline for leadership review.
