Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior business development leader to spearhead our entry into the global BPO market, targeting the largest outsourcers and establishing Zoom as the CX platform of choice for outsourcing. You’ll own the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle, from initial engagement to signed partnerships, then hand off to the field for ongoing management, in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, partnerships or channel sales within CCaaS/UCaaS or contact center tech.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships with large outsourcers or MSPs.
• Deep understanding of BPO operating models and outsourcing dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close BPO partnerships globally with major outsourcers.
• Own the full BD lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiations, and partnership execution.
• Position Zoom CX portfolio as the platform of choice for BPO operations and pricing models.
• Collaborate across CX Product, Partner Programs, and Operations to shape offerings.
• Build compelling business cases for executive leadership and track pipeline milestones.
