Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst | Account Manager to support multinational client projects. This remote role focuses on global employee benefits, international health and welfare programs, and compliance across markets.

The analyst gathers data, analyzes information, prepares recommendations, and delivers detailed reports. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in analytics or international benefits are required; travel 1–2 times per year is expected.

Qualifications

Specialized knowledge in global benefits, business and/or international insurance.
Exposure to Finance, Tax, and Legal.
Fluency in foreign languages is desirable; not required.
Client account management experience or customer success roles.
Insurance brokerage license in State of Residence not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities

Conduct benefits inventories, gather and analyze data, and prepare client reports and presentations.
Develop renewal reports, employee benefit summaries, benchmarking analyses, and other materials for global programs.
Collaborate with CST and country brokers to design and implement new plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide ongoing project management support and coordinate with HR, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
Research international HR and benefits inquiries and develop technical recommendations.
