Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to lead administration of our worldwide benefits programs and support compensation analytics. You will work with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external brokers to ensure compliant, efficient Total Rewards operations across multiple countries.

You will analyze data, support audits, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience in a remote, global setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration
• Experience with global or multi-country benefits programs
• Experience working with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
• Familiarity with benefits systems and HRIS/reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Administer global benefits programs including medical, retirement, wellness, and statutory benefits
• Support system changes, vendor transitions, and data integrity across countries
• Perform benefits compliance activities and audits across jurisdictions
• Analyze benefits and compensation data to support planning decisions
• Provide analytical support for job offers, promotions, and compensation data
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors on compliance and risk
