Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in global benefits, international insurance, or related programs.
• Experience in client service or account management is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benefits inventories, data gathering, and client reporting.
• Prepare renewal reports, summaries, benchmarking analyses, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with country brokers to design/update plans and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Provide project management support and coordinate with HR, finance, and vendors.
• Research and respond to international benefits inquiries and deliver analyses.
