Jobgether is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to lead global benefits operations, support compensation programs, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, and vendors. You will manage eligibility, enrollments, life events, claims support, and data integrity across jurisdictions.

You will analyze benefits and compensation data, prepare reports for leadership, drive process improvements, and support regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
• Experience with brokers, carriers, and TPAs.
• Experience with global or multi-country benefits programs.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data feeds.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits programs; exposure to international practices.
• Solid understanding of benefits administration and operations.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles and salary benchmarking.
• Experience analyzing compensation and benefits data with Excel.
• Ability to support compensation decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Discretion handling confidential data.

Responsabilités

• Administer global benefits programs including medical and retirement plans.
• Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor data files.
• Troubleshoot benefits issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with brokers, TPAs, and carriers for renewals and issue resolution.
• Support regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Prepare audit documentation and track remediation activities.
• Analyze benefits and compensation data to support decisions.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors on compliance reviews.
• Assist with benefits implementations and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through automation.
