Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Senior International Benefits Analyst to support multinational clients by managing tactical deliverables, coordinating renewal timelines, and ensuring smooth operations for globally mobile populations.

You will lead tactical client calls, prepare meeting agendas, and provide follow-up notes and action plans, with a focus on service excellence and precise analysis across benefits programs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of insurance experience; expatriate plans or global policies are a plus but not required.
• Experience managing claims issues is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in managing client accounts and coordinating projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in meetings and written updates.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for international benefits programs.
• Maintain client logs, track deliverables, and follow up on tasks.
• Lead tactical client calls and present updates.
• Prepare meeting agendas and provide follow-up notes and action plans.
• Coordinate renewal timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Create reports and draft presentations that guide decision-making.
• Build RFP spreadsheets and analyze vendor results.
• Advocate for clients by managing claims and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and support process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
