Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Finance, Sales Ops, HR, or another operational role.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to work with multiple data sources.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits administration processes across HRIS, payroll, and vendor platforms.
• Reconcile payroll deductions and enrollment records; investigate discrepancies.
• Serve as point of contact for benefits questions and provide updates.
