Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Global B2B initiatives across multiple geographies and functions. You will own the integrated plan, manage dependencies, and coordinate with teams including Rider, Lyft Europe, Global Growth, and Finance to deliver on a shared roadmap.

You will drive sequencing forums, oversee platform-scale execution, and report program health to executives. This fully remote US role values strong communication and stakeholder management across diverse P&Ls.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or a related role.
• Experience building and maintaining one integrated plan across multiple orgs and cadences.
• Experience running sequencing/prioritization forums to arbitrate priorities.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and translate it into a dated plan.
• Ability to communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, incl. C-level.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple lines or P&Ls.
• Experience with or knowledge of M&A integration (systems, org, GTM) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Ability to influence and negotiate in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end program management of Global B2B, building and maintaining the integrated cross-org plan with owners and dates.
• Run the standing sequencing forum to evaluate business cases and arbitrate capacity.
• Drive execution across core platform layers, coordinating owners and surfacing where design authority and funding must be settled.
• Track and report program health across revenue lines and preempt risks before date slips.
• Lead joint planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe to align integrations with roaming and app-launch timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle, translating scope into resourced initiatives from Sept to Nov.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio with a scoping gate.
• Design onboarding paths for newly acquired or connected businesses covering platform, systems, P&Ls, reporting, and GTM.
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces and protocol work into the Global B2B plan from the start.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders from engineers to executives.
