Job summary

Lyft seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead an integrated Global B2B program spanning multiple P&Ls, geographies, and functions. You will own the end-to-end plan, coordinate sequencing forums, and drive execution across platform layers, ensuring alignment with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or a related role.
• Proven ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with different priorities and cadences.
• Experience standing up or running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguity and translating direction into a plan.
• Ability to communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, incl. C-suite.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple business lines.
• Background supporting or working with M&A integration is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Ability to influence and negotiate in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B across multiple P&Ls and geographies.
• Run sequencing forum to arbitrate priorities and capacity.
• Coordinate execution across platform layers and ensure design funding models are settled.
• Track program health across revenue lines and preempt risks before slips.
• Lead joint planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations and app launches.
• Manage annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses (FreeNow, Gett, TBR).
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces into the plan from the start.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders up to executive level.
