Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Global B2B program across multiple geographies and P&Ls. You’ll build an integrated plan, manage dependencies, and coordinate across Riders, Lyft Europe, and partner initiatives to deliver on a shared timeline.

You will report to the VP of Technology and work remotely within the United States. The role requires strong communication, prioritization, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving cross-functional execution and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with shared priorities.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguity and writing dated plans.
• Able to communicate highly technical and cross-functional problems to all levels.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple lines like CRM, billing, or partner integration.
• Background supporting or working with M&A integration is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Able to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B across multiple P&Ls and geographies.
• Run sequencing forum to arbitrate priorities and capacity across commitments.
• Drive execution across platform layers and coordinate owners and funding models.
• Track program health and escalate risks before date slips.
• Lead joint planning with Lyft Europe to align integrations and timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Enforce a consistent product standard with a scoping gate.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses.
• Partner to bring AI/agentic surfaces and protocol work into the plan from start.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
