Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Global B2B to orchestrate a complex, multi-geo program across Rider, Lyft Europe, Lyft Business, Global Growth, and Finance. You will own the integrated plan, drive sequencing forums, and ensure alignment with product and GTM motions.

The role requires strong technical instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Fully remote in the US.

Competenze

7+ years in Technical Program Management or related role.
Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs.
Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
Comfort working autonomously in ambiguity.
Able to explain technical problems to all levels of stakeholders.
Experience with platform/infrastructure programs serving multiple lines or P&Ls.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B. Maintain integrated cross-org plan and deadlines.
Run sequencing forum to resolve priorities and balance capacity.
Coordinate platform areas like CRM, billing, and partner integration.
Track program health across revenue lines and surface risks early.
Lead planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integration timelines.
Manage annual planning cycle from Sep to Nov.
Enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
