Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bring order and momentum to Global B2B across multiple geographies and functions. You’ll own an integrated plan, drive cross-org execution, and run sequencing forums to arbitrate priorities and capacity with stakeholders from Rider to Finance.

You will lead planning with Lyft Europe for FreeNow and Gett integrations, align roams and app-launch timelines, and shape a scalable product standard while onboarding newly connected businesses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles across platform, product, and GTM work.
• Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependency management.
• Experience standing up sequencing/prioritization forums with competing business cases.
• Comfort working autonomously in ambiguity and translating direction into a dated plan.
• Ability to communicate complex problems to engineers up to C-level executives.
• Experience with platform/infrastructure programs serving multiple lines or P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B; maintain integrated cross-org plan with owners and dates.
• Run sequencing forum to align priorities and arbitrate capacity across commitments.
• Drive execution across platform layers; coordinate owners and unresolved design/funding decisions.
• Track and report program health across revenue lines; mitigate risks early.
• Lead planning with Lyft Europe to align integrations with roaming/app-launch timelines.
• Manage annual Global B2B planning cycle from Sep to Nov.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding for acquired or connected businesses covering platform, P&L, and GTM.
• Partner with partnerships, rider, and MBA to integrate AI/agentic surfaces into the plan.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders, from engineers to execs.
