Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Global B2B initiative. The role spans multiple geographies and functions, building an integrated plan and turning strategy into a sequenced, tracked program.

You will lead cross‑org planning, manage dependencies, and report health to executives, while coordinating with teams across US, Europe, and growth initiatives. This remote US role offers a competitive base pay and equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related fields.
• Experience building a single integrated plan across orgs.
• Experience running sequencing/prioritization forums.
• Able to operate in ambiguous situations with high-level direction.
• Strong ability to communicate technical problems to execs.
• Experience with platform or infra programs serving multiple lines.
• Experience with M&A integration is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B, with owners and dates.
• Run sequencing forum to arbitrate priorities and capacity.
• Drive execution across core platform layers and coordinate owners.
• Track program health across revenue lines and manage risks.
• Lead joint planning with Lyft Europe for integrations and timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Enforce consistent product standards and scoping gates.
• Design onboarding for acquired or connected businesses.
• Collaborate to bring AI/agentic surfaces into the plan.
• Communicate status and decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
