Job summary

Lyft seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale Global B2B program, coordinating across Rider, Lyft Europe, Lyft Business, Global Growth and Finance. You’ll drive an integrated plan, manage dependencies, and arbitrate priorities in a matrixed environment.

You will collaborate with partnerships, product, and engineering to align initiatives with business goals, ensure on-time delivery, and communicate status to executive leadership. This role is fully remote in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or a related role.
• Proven ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with different priorities.
• Experience standing up sequencing/prioritization forums with arbitration of priorities.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguity with high-level direction.
• Able to communicate highly technical and cross-functional problems to all levels.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple lines or P&Ls.
• Background supporting or working alongside M&A integration is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Able to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Global B2B with an integrated cross-org plan and defined owners.
• Run the sequencing forum to evaluate business cases and arbitrate capacity.
• Drive execution across platform layers and coordinate owners to settle design and funding models.
• Track program health across revenue lines and flag risks before dates slip.
• Lead planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for the FreeNow and Gett integration.
• Manage annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses (FreeNow, Gett, TBR).
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces into the plan from the start.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders from engineers to executives
