Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Global B2B initiative. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires coordinating across Rider, Lyft Europe, Global Growth, and Finance to deliver an integrated cross-org plan.

You will manage sequencing forums, align priorities, and drive execution across core platform layers while reporting program health and risks to executives. A strong background in multi-P&L programs and M&A integration is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Ability to build and maintain an integrated cross-org plan across multiple geographies and P&Ls.
• Experience leading sequencing/prioritization forums and arbitrating competing business cases.
• Comfort operating with high ambiguity and turning direction into a dated plan.
• Able to communicate complex technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, including execs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B across multiple orgs and geographies.
• Run sequencing forums to resolve priorities and arbitrate capacity across initiatives.
• Drive execution across platform layers and surface where design authority and funding must be settled.
• Track program health and mitigate risks across revenue lines (US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur).
• Lead planning work between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations and timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle and translate scope into resourced, sequenced initiatives.
• Enforce a consistent product standard and governance to prevent scope creep.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses covering platform, P&L, and GTM.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to embed AI/agentic surfaces into the plan.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to engineers and executives.
