Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive Global B2B initiatives. You will own an integrated cross-org plan spanning multiple geographies and functions, with clear dependencies and owners, ensuring delivery against shared dates.

You will run sequencing forums, coordinate execution across platform layers, and escalate risks early. The role emphasizes autonomous work in ambiguity and clear, jargon-free communication with engineers to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Ability to build an integrated, multi-org plan across geographies.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
• Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity and turning it into a plan.
• Able to communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple lines.
• Background supporting or working with M&A integration is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Able to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Global B2B program management with defined dependencies and owners.
• Run the sequencing forum to resolve priorities and arbitrate capacity.
• Coordinate core platform work across applications, billing, partner integration, and marketing.
• Track program health across revenue lines and surface risks early.
• Lead joint planning with Lyft Europe to align integration and roaming timelines.
• Manage the annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses.
• Partner to bring AI surfaces and protocol work into the plan from the start.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
