Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the Global B2B initiative across US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, and partner integrations. You will orchestrate an integrated plan across multiple P&Ls, geographies, and functions, translating strategy into a sequenced, delivered program.

You will report to the VP and partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces into the plan from the start, while communicating status clearly to engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related PM roles.
• Experience building an integrated cross-organization plan.
• Experience running sequencing/prioritization forums.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to all levels.
• Experience with platform/infrastructure programs serving multiple lines.
• Experience with M&A integration is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Global B2B program management with cross-org plan.
• Run sequencing forum for business cases and priorities.
• Drive execution across platform layers (application, billing, CRM, partner integration, marketing).
• Track program health across revenue lines and manage risks.
• Lead joint planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations.
• Manage annual planning cycle from Sept to Nov.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding path for acquired or connected businesses.
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI surfaces into the plan.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure PDT-aligned timing and milestones.
