Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to shepherd Global B2B initiatives across US and European operations. You will align multiple P&Ls, drive cross-functional execution, and maintain a single, sequenced plan from strategy to delivery.

Expect ambiguity, strategic trade-offs, and close collaboration with executives. You will coordinate platform components like CRM, billing, and partner integrations while guiding acquisitions post-close.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Ability to build and maintain one integrated plan across multiple orgs.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
• Autonomous in ambiguous situations and translate to a written plan.
• Communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, including execs.
• Experience with platform/infrastructure programs serving multiple lines or P&Ls.
• Background with M&A integration is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B across multiple P&Ls and geographies.
• Run sequencing forum to arbitrate priorities and capacity.
• Coordinate platform-wide execution across core layers and manage ownerships.
• Track program health across revenue lines and flag risks early.
• Lead joint planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations and timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle from Sept through Nov.
• Enforce a consistent product standard and a gating process for changes.
• Design onboarding for acquired or connected businesses (platform, P&L, GTM).
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces into the plan.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders from engineers to execs.
