The Audience Insights and Engagement Advisor at Ipas is responsible for using audience insights, measurement, and performance data to strengthen engagement across Ipas's communications channels. S/he tracks audience needs, analyzes content and campaign performance, and translates findings into recommendations to improve reach, relevance, engagement, and impact.

Working closely with Communications, Development, country teams, and other colleagues, the Advisor helps design audience-informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital technology or related field.
• Five years of social/digital marketing and strategic communications experience.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes and initiatives.
• Fluency with social media tools and trends.
• Strong grasp of web, email, and social metrics (Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
