Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across the company’s global entities. You will apply customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and assist with close activities while gaining exposure to Concur, Salesforce, and NetSuite.

This remote US role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities to improve AR processes in a dynamic, autonomous finance team. Requires 2–4 years of AR experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or related field.
• Experience in multi-entity or multinational environments preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• CRM/ERP experience (NetSuite/Salesforce) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities and currencies.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording.
• Research unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash; resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities for cash and AR; prepare reconciliations.
• Assist with Concur expense reviews and policy adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR and sales-order processes.
