Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to manage accounts receivable activities across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts. The role emphasizes cash applications, payment research, and collaboration with AR, Treasury, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–4 years accounts receivable or cash application experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure payments are accurately recorded.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting and other stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor and resolve aged unapplied cash and other outstanding items.
• Assist with cash and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Support monthly close activities related to cash and AR.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate cash-application processes.
