Apryse is seeking a Global Cash Application & AR Specialist to support accounts receivable operations across its global entities. The role focuses on accurately applying customer payments across currencies and bank accounts, researching discrepancies, and improving processes within a remote US setting.

Responsibilities include cash application, month-end close support, Concur expense review, and collaboration with AR, Treasury, and Finance teams. Strong Excel and CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred; 2–4 years in AR, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a global Finance organization.

Responsabilités

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research and resolve unidentified, unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting and stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor aged unapplied cash and other outstanding items.
• Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
