Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts. You will apply customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end close and process improvements.

The role also covers Concur expense reviews, travel policy compliance, and sales-order reviews to prevent downstream issues in Salesforce to NetSuite. Remote US-based position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume transaction management.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording.
• Research unidentified, unapplied, short-paid and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations for cash and AR.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR and order-review processes.
• Support Concur travel/expense reviews and related policy compliance.
