Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to manage cash applications and AR across global entities in a remote US role. You will also handle Concur expense reviews, travel and expense in Concur, and sales order checks from Salesforce to NetSuite to prevent downstream issues.

The role blends AR duties with month-end close and process improvements. You will collaborate with AR, Treasury, Accounting and other stakeholders to ensure accurate payments, reconciliations and timely

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and analytical skills are required.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities and currencies.
• Match remittances to invoices and research unapplied cash.
• Support Concur expense reviews and verify coding and approvals.
• Assist month-end close and prepare reconciliations and schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR and cash-application processes.
