Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support AR across global entities, handling cash applications, reconciliations, and close activities. You will also review Concur expenses and participate in process improvements within a multinational, remote-friendly environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR/cash application, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce. Strong Excel and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multinational environment preferred; general accounting knowledge.
• NetSuite or other ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a global Finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure payments are accurately recorded.
• Research and resolve unidentified, unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor and resolve aged unapplied cash and other outstanding items.
• Assist with cash and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Perform Concur expense reviews and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to cash and accounts receivable.
• Prepare reconciliations and documentation for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and automate workflows.
