Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities, ensuring accurate, timely cash application and resolving unapplied cash. The role expands into Concur expense reviews, ERP-driven reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AR or related accounting, experience with NetSuite or ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or related areas in a multi-entity or multinational environment is preferred.
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) is strongly preferred.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and resolve unapplied cash and discrepancies.
• Support Concur expense reviews and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize AR processes across global entities.
