Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities. The role focuses on cash applications, reconciling payments, and resolving unapplied cash, with training in travel and expense (Concur) and sales order reviews (Salesforce to NetSuite).

You will also support month-end close, process improvement, and coordination with AR, Treasury, and accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely financial processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years accounts receivable, cash application, accounting or related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and ensure accurate recording.
• Research unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash; resolve issues.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor aged unapplied cash and assist with reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities for cash and accounts receivable.
• Assist with expense reviews in Concur and with sales-order reviews in NetSuite.
