Job summary

Apryse, a leading document software provider, seeks a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities, ensuring accurate cash applications across currencies and bank accounts. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, or related experience preferred.
General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
Match customer remittances to open invoices and ensure payments are recorded accurately.
Research and resolve unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and resolve aged unapplied cash and other outstanding items.
Assist with cash and accounts receivable reconciliations.
Perform Finance review of employee expense reports submitted through Concur.
Review expenses for appropriate coding, approvals, and compliance with policies.
Support month-end close activities related to cash and AR; prepare reconciliations and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR and order-review processes; support system implementations.
