Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support AR across our global entities, handling cash applications and related accounting tasks in a remote US setting. You will work with multiple currencies and banks, resolving discrepancies and supporting month-end close.

The role expands to Concur expense reviews and AR process improvements across the organization, with opportunities to streamline and automate workflows within NetSuite and Salesforce-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global Finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and ensure payments are accurately recorded.
• Research unidentified, unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting and other stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor aged unapplied cash and other outstanding items.
• Assist with cash and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Perform Finance review of employee expense reports submitted through Concur.
