vCluster Labs is seeking a Sr. Global Alliance Director to lead the global VAR and OEM partnerships, shaping strategy, executive relationships, and commercial outcomes. This founder-era role starts as an individual contributor and scales into a global channel with hiring as revenue grows.

You will drive recruitment, activation, OEM routes to market, and field-aligned governance across NA, EMEA, and APJ, with a data-driven MEDDPICC approach and a focus on tangible partner bookings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in channel, reseller, OEM, or partner sales in infrastructure software, AI infrastructure, or cloud.

Responsibilities

• This role owns vCluster’s global VAR and OEM partnerships end to end: strategy, executive relationships, and commercial results.
