Job summary

vCluster Labs seeks an alliance leader to drive OEM, storage and ISV partnerships globally. You will orchestrate reference architectures, joint solutions, and field-ready plays that accelerate partner-sourced revenue across NVIDIA, OEMs, and distributors.

You will define strategy, manage forecasts, and push for rapid field adoption with executive sponsors. A strong track record in alliances and a background in AI infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic alliances or partner sales within infrastructure software, storage, servers, or cloud.
• Proven track record opening and expanding OEM or storage alliances with measurable revenue.
• Strong execution with MEDDPICC qualification and forecast discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage executive and working-level relationships across partner networks.
• Own OEM/storage/ISV strategy, joint plans, roadmaps, and revenue targets.
• Lead field-enabled playbooks and joint marketing with priority partners.
