Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Sr. Global Alliance Director, Channel and OEM to lead the creation and expansion of a global partner ecosystem that accelerates AI infrastructure software adoption.

You will build a revenue-generating channel strategy, recruit VARs and OEMs, and drive co-selling initiatives across international markets. Qualifications

• 8+ years in channel sales, reseller partnerships, OEM alliances, or ecosystem development in infra AI or cloud.
• Proven ability to recruit and grow partner ecosystems across regions.
• Executive-level relationships with national/regional VARs and OEMs.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.
• Experience building channel programs from inception to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global channel and OEM strategy across NA, EMEA, and APJ.
• Recruit, onboard, enable, and activate partners; drive first revenue.
• Establish OEM partnerships with major vendors and ensure channel access.
• Design and manage partner incentives, MDF governance.
• Drive joint marketing and demand generation with field events and campaigns.
• Lead future channel organization and hiring strategy.
