Job summary

vCluster Labs seeks a Sr. Global Alliance Director to own the NVIDIA alliance end-to-end, spanning strategy, executive relationships, and co-sell execution. You will drive joint opportunities with field teams, shape technology alignment, and scale multi-party ecosystem plays worldwide from the SF base.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in alliances, deep NVIDIA ecosystem experience, and the ability to influence cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic alliances, partner sales, or ecosystem leadership in enterprise software or AI infrastructure.
• Managed an NVIDIA alliance or partner network with cross-functional GTM execution.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and AI/ML infra to translate tech into business value.
• Proven ability to mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the global alliance strategy with NVIDIA, including executive alignment and program reviews.
• Lead the sell-to motion to position vCluster inside NVIDIA's AI infrastructure direction.
• Design and scale co-sell plays with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and large enterprises.
• Drive technical and marketing alignment, representing NVIDIA needs in product and engineering.
• Construct multi-party ecosystem plays with OEM, storage, and GSI partners.
• Own the partnership number and report pipeline and bookings to leadership.
