Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on cash applications, AR, and supporting month‑end close across multiple entities and currencies.

You will also gain exposure to expense management and sales orders, contributing to process improvements in a globally distributed finance team. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in related accounting functions, with a strong command of NetSuite, Salesforce, and Concur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash application, or related function in a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and controls.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce; Concur or similar is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports via Concur for proper coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to prevent downstream issues and support AP workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order processes; document procedures.
